The individual rights of religious belief was a fundamental bedrock in founding The United States of America. As prominently illustrated by being listed as the first among the Bill of Rights.

‘Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;’

Varied religions worldwide found their way to what has been referred to as the melting pot of the world, the United States of America. Many of these religious beliefs, including ours, understand and appreciate the universal force of God (Infinite Intelligence) over all things within the grand design of humanity, and all living things.

The Grand Design now comes face to face with modern science. New pharmaceuticals or chemicals designed to aid in preventing the transmission of viruses and/or diseases in the human body are required to have placebo control groups in every drug trial. These placebo control groups prove the power of the grand bodily design and the dynamic force of even the nonbelievers to heal themselves through the power of belief alone. This fact has been a staple of many religions, including ours, which is to NOT discount the power of the bodily temple to heal itself. Along with giving the body assistance with proper nutrition intake, exercise, fasting, meditation and living a healthy religiously spiritual life style is paramount to good health.

The individual human body houses the individual soul. This body is a persons only true asset and the only true individual temple of spirituality. Hence the spiritual individuals autonomy within the first sentence of the Bill of Rights allowing every person to decide their religious belief, and NO law can prevent the free exercise thereof, instantly provides for the validity of this Religious Exemption to any vaccine or any other governmental medical mandate against ones religion. This fact makes the 1905 Jacobson vs Massachusetts a null and void ruling, thereby giving rise to further

actions by most nations of the world (most notably The United States of America) in adopting the Nuremberg Codes of 1947, among others mentioned below.

Rightfully so, this nation adopted the Nuremberg Codes. Thereby codifying an individuals right to give consent over their bodily temple as shown below:

‘1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.

The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.’

Further, The United States Congress in creating The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993, discovered there were causes to reiterate the First Amendment by this said act which states:

‘Passed Senate amended (10/27/1993)

Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 – Prohibits any agency, department, or official of the United States or any State (the government) from substantially burdening a person’s exercise of religion even if the burden results from a rule of general applicability, except that the government may burden a person’s exercise of religion only if it demonstrates that application of the burden to the person: (1) furthers a compelling governmental interest; and (2) is the least restrictive means of furthering that compelling governmental interest. Sets forth provisions pertaining to judicial relief, attorney’s fees, and applicability. Declares that: (1) nothing in this Act shall be construed to interpret the clause of the First Amendment to the Constitution prohibiting the establishment of religion; (2) the granting of government funding, benefits, or exemptions, to the extent permissible under that clause, shall not constitute a violation of this Act; and (3) as used in this Act, “granting” does not include the denial of government funding, benefits, or exemptions.’

The ‘general applicability’ verbiage being fundamental to the heart of Religious Exemption and remains exactly why it is written into the act above. There is NO ‘general applicability’ under current government medical procedure mandates due to government agencies, including but not limited to, the US Postal Service, and general businesses of under 100 employees which approximately half of the countries employed persons are not required to have medical procedures conducted on their bodily temple. Making this above act all the more enforceable giving rise to the concrete nature of the First Amendment insofar as a persons right to exercise Religious Exemptions are further exemplified by this act.

Further, this act restricts government mandated medical procedures. The act cannot impede one’s religious beliefs due to the act stating any government action mandated must be the ‘least restrictive in compelling the governmental interest’.

Therefore vaccine mandates violate this act by failing to make public the numerable credentialed medical doctors of high esteem in the world of vaccines, such as the inventor of the mRNA vaccines, Dr. Robert Malone, who warns of the dangers outweighing the benefits of the vaccines in question. Along with many others, such as Dr. Kary Mullis, the Nobel Prize winner who invented the PCR test much of the world uses to determine COVID results in the individual stating his PCR test can find anything in the human body making the test irrelevant. Nobel Prize winning Dr. Mullis illustrates the value in Eastern Religious belief that all things are within the individual as can be proven by the PCR test as he has stated multiple times in different interviews. The scientific method of boiling down the truth through honest debate within observation & test has been the real exemption during this episode. Therefore, the government cannot reasonably expect any person, much less ones who hold a religious value to their bodies as a vehicle in religious practice, to trust vaccine companies who have been charged with and paid the largest criminal fines in known human history by causing direct harm to individuals by their practices.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”) issued the Privacy Rule to implement the requirement of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). The Privacy Rule protects all “individually identifiable health information”, because the United States government recognized the sovereign right to privacy of each individuals health information. By the government doing so, one main benefit was that such privacy this act provided allows the individual to engage in religious practices without being discriminated against due to health issues. Also this health privacy allows the individual the right to work without threat of losing their livelihood due to health related issues unknown to employers. Thereby allowing individuals to exercise the God given right to their own health related issues by being able to work and engage in religious activity without anyone or entity discriminating against them due to health matters being private.

If one who is not religious can reasonably find doubt with government mandated medical procedures that violate the First Amendment, The Nuremberg Codes, The Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and HIPAA, then a religious person recognizing that their body is their only individual gateway to absolution; to peace; to GOD, has the unbreakable right to protect their body as they see fit within their religious freedoms that have been continuously reinforced throughout codified laws, treaties, and most importantly The Constitution of The United States of America.

Therefore, in order to protect the sanctity of _______________________________ sovereign religious beliefs in governing his/her bodily temple as he/she deems appropriate according to his/her sincere and sacred relationship with God is hereby instituted with his/her full rights as mentioned herein. His/Her religious beliefs are partially included herein, and more can be found at the religious place of worships website listed above. Portions of our religious doctrine prevent the use of vaccines. Further, our doctrines disallow using any substance that was in whole or in part created by, or has remnants of, fetal tissue. Also, our doctrines disallow the manipulation of God’s divine blueprint by interfering with human genetics. He/She fully exercises this Religious Exemption from any workplace vaccine mandate as a practicing member of our church & sanctuary under the heavens of divinity.
